Managing Principal

Joshua McBride started McBride Real Estate in early 2020 and in less than two years, the team became one of the top-5 retail leasing brokers in the Nashville MSA. In the past 5 years, Josh has leased over $150M in retail space and evaluated over 1,000 retail development opportunities resulting in a net lease sale value of over $200M.

Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Pensacola Christian College and earned his MBA from King University. He currently resides in Nashville, TN with his wife Christin and their four young children.
